Most mid lane assassins counter ADC mids. Fizz, Vlad, Zed, Talon, Ekko etc. You literally just have to survive early laning phase and wait for an item powerspike and level 6. Then have fun one shooting the adc.The meta adcs right now get stomped by lucian in lane. You need to know when to be hyper agressive and when to chill. Lucian does fall off late game but his damage is still quite high. You still delete squishies and kill bruisers with not that much difficulty.
